Maria Wilkes, a former language teacher at one of the top all-girl schools in London, wants to represent the U.K. in the next Miss Universe Pageant.

Wilkes left her position at the Channing School to compete in the U.K.’s countrywide competition to become the British representative at the Miss Universe pageant, the Daily Mail reported. The big throw-down is taking place this Saturday, July 15, in Cardiff.

To make up your own mind, RCL put together a gallery of Wilkes’ best looks below from her Instagram page.
