World Champion Javelin Thrower Taught Himself the Sport on YouTube

Take Kenyan javelin thrower Julius Yegom, for example, who had a passion for the sport but lacked the resources to train in his hometown of Cheptonon. Using dried sticks as makeshift javelins, he tried to teach himself the sport. Yego also picked up proper training techniques from YouTube after realizing he had a gift.
