The issues following a heated exchange between teammates Kevin Durant and Draymond Green that spilled into the locker room on Monday night have not been resolved.

The altercation, which started because Green did not pass the ball at the end of regulation during the Warriors loss to the Clippers and was called “one of most intense of this G-State era,” resulted in Green being suspended for last night’s game.

After Tuesday’s game, which the Warriors won over the visiting Atlanta Hawks 110-103, Durant said the issues between the two players have not been hashed out.

He also said he didn’t want to get into specifics about what was said in the locker room, although sources have speculated Green likely mentioned Durant’s impending free agency during the exchange.

“I’m gonna keep that in-house,” Durant said Tuesday. “That’s what we do here. I mean, obviously I know you guys got a job to do, but I’m not trying to give nobody no headlines. What happened, happened. We’re trying to move on — just trying to play basketball.”

Despite Durant’s frostiness towards his teammate, Golden State guard Klay Thompson said he believes Durant and Green will work it out.

“They’re grown, they’ll be fine,” Thompson said. “I love both of those guys, and at the end of the day, we’re on the same team, with the same goal, and that’s the three-peat. I don’t think either of them will lose sight of that, whether it’s personal agenda or whatever. I think we’ll get far past it, and we’ll get to that goal eventually, hopefully.”
