New York Penthouse Used in ‘Godfather’ and ‘Spider-Man’ on Sale

$3.5 million price tag on 2,240 square-foot apartment with stunning views.

Douglas Elliman is making a property offer that Godfather fans can’t refuse.

Located in the Murray Hill neighborhood of Manhattan, the property played a role is several Hollywood movies that included The Godfather Part II, Spider-Man, and Scarface.

The 2,240 sq. foot gothic style penthouse has 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and occupies the top three floors of Windsor Tower. Highlights of the property include 18 foot ceilings, views of the Empire State Building and the Chrysler building, as well as chandeliers and a wood burning fireplace.
