This week, Mark Wahlberg revealed the insane details of his daily workout schedule to his followers on Instagram.
According to the regimen, the 47-year-old gets up at 2:30 in the morning, prays, has breakfast, and then begins his first workout of the day at 3:40 a.m.
Following the 95-minute session, Wahlberg eats again, showers, and plays golf – all before the clock even strikes eight.
