It looks like it is coming straight off a movie set, but this hand-crafted marine vessel is designed to race across open waters at incredible speeds. Called the Mantra, the jet ski is the work of an international team — which includes a race boat expert from the Philippines, an Australian entrepreneur and businessman, and an Italian mechanical engineer who has designed components for Ducati, according to Luxury Launches — under the banner of Trydent Boats.
Mantra’s wings have been designed to provide hydrodynamic lift at high speeds, and they also help keep the watercraft stable. It is powered by Honda’s GX390 Mega Marine engine. The Trydent Mantra will be available to order soon about $2500.
