Most people know the story surrounding Stormy Daniels (Stephanie Clifford) by this point: She alleges she had an affair with Donald Trump that began in 2006, just a few months after Melania Trump gave birth to the couple’s son, Barron. A decade later, Trump’s lawyer, Michael Cohen, paid Daniels $130,000 for her silence in the final weeks of the 2016 presidential election. The porn star is now speaking out about the affair because the non-disclosure agreement she signed as part of the settlement was never signed by Trump, which she asserts makes it null and void. She is also currently suing the president for alleged defamation. She has told this story many times in the media, and has appeared on shows like 60 Minutes and Saturday Night Live. But for the past few weeks, she has been mostly absent from the spotlight. That will change on May 8, when Daniels’ Penthouse cover is released.
