The Hollywood Reporter asked Oprah Winfrey to interview Jennifer Lawrence for the Women in Entertainment issue. Lawrence, 27, recently received the Sherry Lansing Leadership Award at THR’s annual Power 100 breakfast, an award Winfrey received in 2013. Winfrey was impressed by “how much light Lawrence carries.” She said that you can tell Lawrence has a “strong intelligence and a desire to use this moment for something greater than fame and fortune.” The two stars discussed pay equity, which Lawrence has openly been fighting for, Harvey Weinstein, and where she sees herself in 20 years.
