The day has come: Johnnie Walker has released its fifth and final edition of its John Walker & Sons Private Collection, the Midnight Blend. The whisky will have notes of butterscotch, caramel, toffee and will have light compliments of fruit and spice.

Only 3,888 bottles of the Midnight blend were released and the collection will be up for sale in select locations this month onwards. Each bottle goes for $750.

This blend has been aged for 28 years, which makes it rare and special according to Johnnie Walker master blender Jim Beveridge. He worked with Craig Wallace to create this composition with an abv of 42.8 percent, reports Luxury Launches.

The brand also debuted its 50-year-old whisky last month, which was part of its Master’s Edition.
