This month, our friends at InsideHook are launching a once-weekly travel newsletter. What it won’t include: longwinded diaries about backpacking through third-world countries and people “finding themselves.” What it will include: actionable advice on new and intriguing destinations around the world, along with hacks, tips and tricks to help you jetset more intelligently. Sign up for free (and a chance to win a $500 Mastercard travel card) here.
You might remember way back in May when we compiled the seven best waterparks for adults.
Each of them an aquatic adventure without clorine, sugared-up tots or urine to get in the way.
Recent developments, though, suggest a pretty significant omission. Enter, the LOON Luxury Motor Yacht.
The LOON is a 155 foot Christensen that comes with a cruising speed of 16 knots. Its six cabins can house 11 people, and the whole kits can transform into an all-out watersports paradise at the drop of a (proverbial) anchor. The list of toys on-ship is patently ridiculous: swimming pool with bunny pad, scuba gear, spear fishing equipment, SUP boards, kayaks, four Seadoo jetskis, a flyboard … and the crème de la crème, a 27-foot water slide.
You can rent a week on the yacht (located in the Bahamas) in either the winter or the summer. Expect to be a prune by the end of it, but a happy prune. For more information on booking, head here.
