If there were an Emmy for most awkward, and yet adorable late night bit, it should go to Jennifer Lawrence.
Lawrence, who recently starred in the pretty poorly-received movie, Mother!, guest hosted on Jimmy Kimmel Live! on Thursday. And in the process she was sent to ask strangers on Hollywood Boulevard to name five movies in which she’s starred.
The stakes weren’t as high for Lawrence as they were during The Hunger Games, but the results weren’t great. One woman told Lawrence, “You can ask me about Aniston, I can tell you.” Lawrence asked another man, “Do you know who Jennifer Lawrence is?” to which he responded, “Nope.”
She did have some very excited fans who were maybe just too overwhelmed by the star’s presence to remember the movies’ actual titles.
