This isn’t fake news.

Twitter is considering adding a feature that allows users to flag misleading, false, offensive, or harmful information, according to the The Washington Post.

Details about this feature, which is currently in prototype and may not be released to the public, were shared with the Post by two anonymous sources who were not authorized to discuss the product.

When the Post asked for an official comment about the initiative, Twitter spokesperson Emily Horne reportedly said there are “no current plans to launch” the feature, but wouldn’t comment on whether or not it was being tested. “There are no current plans to launch any type of product along these lines,” she said.
