Shortly after the Wright Brothers made history with their first flight, inventors began dreaming up various iterations of the flying car. Obviously, little progress has been made in this area. Today, it’s the tech giants that have the power to make these fantasies become a reality—from Jeff Bezos‘ privatization of the space industry to Elon Musk’s development of the “Hyperloop.”
