What a difference a week makes.
Seven days ago, the Cleveland Indians were leading their division but were also hanging just north of the .500 mark at a far-from-impressive 36-33.
Now, after winning seven in a row, the Tribe have vaulted themselves into the conversation for the best team in the American League behind the Yankees, Red Sox and Astros.
Meanwhile, the other team in that conversation, the Seattle Mariners, have been in somewhat of a tailspin of sorts and have seen themselves drop seven out of their last 10.
