Now that all 32 NFL franchises have largely solidified their front offices, it is time for teams to start forging rosters and installing game plans. The rosters for the 2018 NFL season are bound to look remarkably different than the ones that went into the 2017 season. Free agency will officially kick off at 4 p.m. ET on March 14, and the 2018 NFL draft will follow roughly six weeks after in Dallas. Since it is not possible for a franchise to get every free agent and draft pick it targets or to retain every player it wants, each squad is going to have several question marks heading into the offseason. Bleacher Report put together the biggest ones for each team.

New England Patriots: How can they fix their defense? During their Super Bowl game against the Philadelphia Eagles, they allowed 538 yards of total offense and failed to register a sack.

New York Giants: Will they draft Eli Manning’s successor? The team is armed with the second overall pick in the draft, so they’ll have their pick of quarterbacks.

Philadelphia Eagles: How will they get under the cap? If the Eagles don’t make big changes before the start of free agency, they’re expected to be nearly $12 million over the salary cap.

San Francisco 49ers: Can they add a top-flight cornerback? They need a defensive shutdown cornerback.

Washington Redskins: How do they build around Alex Smith? Most likely, Washington will trade for and extend Alex Smith when the new league year begins.
