Revenge is a dish best served with a 432-foot home run.
In his first game against the Marlins since being beaned by Miami’s Jose Urena, Ronald Acuna smashed a solo home run in the third inning and the Braves went on to win 5-0.

Not learning from what happened when Urena hit Acuna last week, Miami once again hit the star Atlanta rookie with a pitch in the sixth inning but, unlike during the team’s previous meeting, the HBP did not lead to a brawl.
“In the moment I was a little upset just because obviously I’d been hit before in the previous series and then I got hit tonight,” Acuna said through a translator. “But, you know, those are things of the game.”
Acuna’s home run was his 21st of the season.

Though the streak was broken after he had to leave the games thanks to the pitch from Urena, Acuna had homered in five straight games heading into the game against the Marlins last week.
With the homer last night, he joined some elite company.
