Record-Setting Rookie Gets Revenge on Marlins for Bean Ball

Ronald Acuna smashed a solo home run in the third inning against Miami last night.

Revenge is a dish best served with a 432-foot home run.

In his first game against the Marlins since being beaned by Miami’s Jose Urena, Ronald Acuna smashed a solo home run in the third inning and the Braves went on to win 5-0.

“In the moment I was a little upset just because obviously I’d been hit before in the previous series and then I got hit tonight,” Acuna said through a translator. “But, you know, those are things of the game.”

Acuna’s home run was his 21st of the season.
