Klay Thompson would make a good fisherman because his catch-and-release game his very, very strong.

Last night during Golden State’s 122-95 drubbing of the Knicks, the Warriors sharpshooter was able to nail seven 3-pointers and put in 43 points on the night.

Even more amazingly, he only needed four dribbles, total, to do it.

Crunching the numbers, Thompson scored 10.75 points for each dribble he took.

While impressive, it’s not out of character for Thompson. Earlier this season, he made an NBA record 14 3-pointers against the Bulls and finished with 52 points.  In that game, he dribbled the ball just five times.

In 2016, Thompson dribbled the ball only 11 times during a game against the Pacers where he went for 60 points.

The win was Golden State’s 10th straight against New York and fifth in a row at home.
