After months of uncertainty about his future in Pittsburgh, Steelers wide receiver Antonio Brown is making it clear he wants out.

According to Adam Schefter of ESPN, Brown “wants a trade and he officially has requested that from the Steelers.”

Paired with the news of the official trade request was a tweet from the star pass-catcher to the Steelers and their fans saying it’s “time to move on and forward.” Brown included the hashtag #NewDemands.

Also on Tuesday, the 30-year-old was found guilty of a reckless driving charge from November stemming from an incident during which he drove his car in excess of 100 mph. Brown did not show up for the trial and was found guilty in absence.

Despite the finding, it’s not expected he will face any further discipline under the NFL’s Personal Conduct Policy.

As for Brown’s trade request, there are a number of things the Steelers will have to consider if they choose to honor it.
