Actress Demi Moore, who two years ago listed her fabled South Tower Penthouse apartment in Manhattan’s San Remo for $75 million, has now reduced the price to $59 million. The listing calls it “the last unicorn of Manhattan,” and in its three-floor splendor, it might as well be. The first level has a living room, library, dining room, breakfast room, and kitchen. A stairwell leads up to a private bedroom floor, featuring five bedrooms and a staff room. The third unit features an entertainment room (with access to terraces with panoramic views), a kitchen, guest loft, full bathroom, and study. Over the years, the 17-room triplex, located in Central Park West, has been home to the likes of Dustin Hoffman, Steven Spielberg, and Tiger Woods. Interested in buying it? Click here.
