Kathy Griffin, who came under fire for a photo of her holding Donald Trump’s fake severed head, is back in the news. But this time she’s the one receiving an apology.

This past weekend, she and her boyfriend, Randy Bick, reportedly called in a noise complaint on their Los Angeles neighbor, KB Home CEO Jeffrey Mezger. The Huffington Post got audio of the altercation, which they claim Bick sent them himself. In the video, Bick says he called in the noise complaint after hours of excessive partying on Mezger’s property. Fox News reports that in the video, you can hear Mezger shouting homophobic slurs at Griffin and Bick, calling Griffin a “c–t” and “d–e.”

In the video, Mezger also yelled at Griffin about her recent controversy with the president and mocked her shaved head. Griffin shaved her head out of solidarity with her sister Joyce Griffin, who died of an undisclosed form of cancer last week, Fox News reports.

Mezger has been the CEO and Chairman of KB Home since 2006 but has been at the company since 1993. A spokesperson for KB Home claimed that audio was edited, but does admit that it is Mezger in the recording. The spokesperson also released a statement saying, “Mr. Mezger regrets losing his temper and the language he used. It does not reflect who he is or what he believes and he has apologized to Ms. Griffin in writing for using that language.”
