If browsing through record stacks all day was ever your idea of a dream job, then the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame has a new position you might be interested in.

That’s because the Rock Hall is now offering one lucky sole a chance to become its next librarian. Reporting to the Senior Director of Library and Archive, the librarian would catalog all the best music and memorabilia in the world, including items and recordings from everyone from The Beatles and Bruce Springsteen to Neil Young and Billy Joel; and helping spread the gospel of rock through outreach programs.

Caveat emptor: the Rock Hall is a drug-free workplace, so we’d suggest not cataloging the “acid test” files or listening to Pink Floyd B-sides for any extended period of time.

But the hours are good (8:30 a.m. to 5:30 a.m.), and it’s a full-time gig.

Apply for it here.
