It’s the first time since Kim Kardashian’s infamous Paper cover in 2014 that the magazine has dubbed an issue “Break the Internet”-worthy. But rapper Nicki Minaj’s style, music and image were big enough for the magazine’s creative team to put her on the cover not just once, but three times.
