At RealClearLife, the way we like to remember “The King of Pop” Michael Jackson is by cuing up some Thriller and then digging backward into his incredible back catalog. You, too, could pay homage in a similar but slightly pricier way.

The Las Vegas home—Thriller Villa—where Jackson and his three children lived from 2007 until his death in 2009 at his Los Angeles home has been listed for $9.5 million. The 24,276-square-foot estate, which sits on 1.7 acres, includes a 2,983-square-foot guest house.

Designed in the Spanish Mediterranean style, the house includes a bell tower, water fountain, custom wood ceilings, and a hand-painted fireplace. The real intrigue comes in the form of a huge salon—supposedly MJ’s favorite room—which includes a stone fireplace, wood floors, and a Murano glass chandelier.

The estate also includes a 74-seat medieval chapel, which apparently has pitch-perfect acoustics. The home’s 8,500-square-foot basement level was Jackson’s private art gallery and includes the secret passageway Jackson used to evade the paparazzi.
