Beyonce’s powerful, lilting voice opens up the first song from Eminem’s forthcoming LP. Walk on Water was released on Friday afternoon, just days after the rapper teased new music on his Instagram account, to the surprise of fans on both sides.

The ballad, which reflects on the high expectations artists in the music industry set for themselves, is the first new music fans have heard from Beyonce since she released her studio album Lemonade in 2016.

Eminem has stepped back into the spotlight more recently, earning praise for a freestyle he released at —last month’s BET Awards that criticized President Trump for his response to various crises in America, including NFL protests and the Las Vegas shooting. Listen to the single above.
