Barbara Sinatra, philanthropist and wife of legendary crooner Frank Sinatra, died on Tuesday at 90 years old.

According to a family spokesman, Sinatra died of natural causes and was surrounded by family and friends at her home in Rancho Mirage, California.

Barbara, a former Las Vegas showgirl and model, married Sinatra in 1976. Her death comes nearly 20 years after her husband died in 1998 of a heart attack. She was the last of his four wives.

In 1986, she and her husband founded the Barbara Sinatra Children’s Center at the Eisenhower Medical Center.

The center provides services and counseling for children suffering from abuse.

Funeral arrangements will be announced at a future date.
