You probably recognize actor Scott Glenn from Silence of the Lambs or the Bourne series. He’s 75 years old, but you wouldn’t know it. He trains with SEAL Team Six, open-water spear fishes, rides motorcycles, does martial arts with knives. He only recently stopped ice-climbing and skydiving.
