As if Paris needed another way to appeal to travelers. The Airport Food and Beverage (FAB) Conference and Awards in Geneva honored Charles de Gaulle Airport’s I Love Paris as 2016’s best fine dining airport restaurant.

Launched in 2015, Chef Guy Martin’s I Love Paris was inspired by his Michelin-starred fine dining Paris restaurant Le Grand Véfour. (Martin has also noted his travels shape his cooking, making an airport a natural match for him.) I love Paris offers contemporary fare like vegetarian burgers and mango carpaccio, as well as classic French offerings including blanquette de veau (veal ragout) and pot-au-feu. It features an upscale sandwich shop, champagne bar, and a dining area that seats up to 70.
