Tucker Carlson On Why He’s Avoided Covering Fox’s Harassment Stories

He has covered sexual-harassment allegations about Democratic-leaning figures, but not Fox News.

Fox News host Tucker Carlson says that he has avoided covering sexual assault and harassment allegations against his former colleagues — like Roger Ailes and Bill O’Reilly — because he did not have anything new to add. He says the stories have been “thoroughly covered.” He has, however, devoted extensive time to covering allegations against people like Matt Lauer, Harvey Weinstein, and Democratic Sen. Al Franken. He said that he covers these figures because it fits the theme of his show: “championing total free speech.”
