After rumors swirled yesterday that the quarterback was teasing his retirement in the epilogue to his video series Tom vs Time, the full release of the epilogue today sees Tom Brady reiterate his desire to play until age 45. A breakdown on 247 Sports dives into Brady’s words and his continued dedication to playing several more seasons for the Patriots.

Although Brady discusses the hardships of preparing for each season and his decision to spend more time with his family this offseason, he also makes clear his intentions of continuing. “I would love to play five more years,” Brady said in the video. “It will be a challenge for me. I don’t think it’s going to be easy. It’s going to be really hard to do, I think it’s going to be very hard to do, but I think I can do it.”

Brady skipped voluntary workouts this offseason, his first time doing so, in order to better enjoy time off with his wife and children.
