Time has named its 2017 Person of the Year, “The Silence Breakers,” and in fact, its people: the people who spoke about about sexual assault, harassment, and rape and started a movement that spread worldwide. The movement has no formal name (though #MeToo is part of it), but has given people everywhere a voice.
