When Steve Bannon left the White House, he said he was going to war with the Republican establishment. He wanted to stop the GOP from trying to stop President Donald Trump’s agenda. But the GOP isn’t currently trying to stop Trump’s agenda; in fact, Vanity Fair writes that Trump’s domestic policy is made up of whatever Republicans put in front of him. He is ready to back whatever McConnell, Ryan, and other Republicans — all who are the very insiders Bannon is targeting — put in front of him.
