In celebration of the company’s new $186 million distillery and visitor experience, Scottish whisky maker, The Macallan, has released an exclusive and limited edition of the distillery’s oldest ever dram—The 72 Years Old in Lalique, according to Elite Traveler.

“The Macallan 72 Years Old is an incredibly rare single malt defined by years of dedication and craftsmanship,” Nick Savage, The Macallan master distiller, told Elite Traveler. “As the oldest whiskey we have ever bottled, this is a truly momentous occasion to commemorate our remarkable new Distillery.

Encapsulated in crystal from French glass designer Lalique, the single malt will only be released in 600 units worldwide, with only 156 set aside for the United States. With prices set at approximately $65,000 per 750ml decanter, the whisky is expected to have a September distribution.
