Richard Branson’s Bedtime Routine Might Help You Sleep Better

We should all try to emulate these sleeping habits.

On Monday, Richard Branson revealed to the world that he is a true creature of habit when it comes to his morning and nightly routines. He likes to wrap up the evening with a sit-down dinner, because the table is a “wonderful setting for conversation and laughter.” And then he finds a quiet place to sit and read through his emails and social media mentions while drinking tea. Finally, he switches off social media and lets his mind “unwind” with a book or documentary. Lights are off and he’s in bed by 11 p.m. Sounds nice, right?
