Maya Hawke, 19, is following in her mom’s footsteps. The daughter of Uma Thurman and Ethan Hawke, Maya will be making her acting debut this Christmas in the BBC adaptation of Little Women. She will star as Jo March, the outspoken sister in Louisa May Alcott’s classic novel about a family during the Civil War. Hawke told Harper’s Bazaar UK at the film screening that she feels really connected to the character since she was a young girl. The series will premiere in the U.S. on May 13, 2018.
