Bill Cosby was sentenced to three to 10 years in prison on Tuesday for drugging and sexually assaulting Andrea Constand at his home in 2004. On Tuesday night, he arrived at Pennsylvania’s State Correctional Institute at Phoenix, a brand-new, state-of-the-art, maximum security prison.

Cosby will occupy one of the facility’s 3,830 beds. He will be given the basics when he arrives, including a uniform, toiletries, linens, towels and state-issued boots, reports CNN. He will be housed in a single cell in a unit next to the infirmary.

“We are taking all of the necessary precautions to ensure Mr. Cosby’s safety and general welfare in our institution,” said Corrections Secretary John Wetzel, according to CNN. “The long-term goal is for him to be placed in the general population to receive the programming required during his incarceration.”

Inmates at the State Correctional Institute — which was situated with advanced security features, environmentally efficient infrastructure and modern work and housing spaces according to CNN — have access to the gym, can attend classes in more than 30 rooms, visit the barbershop and attend chapel services. They can also take vocational education classes.

Cosby was deemed a “sexually violent predator” by a Pennsylvania judge, which means he will have to go to counseling for life.
