Jimmy Fallon’s monologues aren’t exactly hard-hitting — so the late-night comedian invited Jay Leno onto his show to tackle tough topics for him. Leno took on sexual misconduct allegations against everyone from Matt Lauer and Kevin Spacey to Harvey Weinstein in a bit that, albeit belated, still packed a punch.

“A lot of really talented and really accomplished actors have been accused of sexual harassment. Also, Steven Seagal.”

“Scientists at Northwestern University did a study about the difference between men’s brains and women’s brains,” Leno said. “This is fascinating, listen to this: It seems women’s brains are located in their head.”
