The five central cast members from NBC’s hit show This Is Us have renegotiated their contracts with producer 20th Century Fox Television and received significant pay raises for the upcoming third season.

Stars Milo Ventimiglia (who plays Jack), Mandy Moore (Rebecca), Sterling K. Brown (Randall), Chrissy Metz (Kate) and Justin Hartley (Kevin) will all see their per-episode salary jump to $250,000, reports The Hollywood Reporter. Season three will have 18 episodes.

The five stars did not start off at the same salary. Ventimiglia made $115,000 per episode, while Hartley made $75,000 and Metz, who has previously talked about how she had 81 cents in her bank account when she booked This Is Us, earned $40,000. Now, each be taking home $4.5 million for the season.

It is unclear if co-stars Susan Kelechi Watson (who plays fan favorite Beth) and Chris Sullivan (who stars as Metz’s partner, Toby) renegotiated their contracts as well.

This Is Us has won had straight Emmy nominations for best drama, and has also received lead acting nominations for Ventimiglia and Brown (two each, with a win last year for Brown), as well as a supporting actress mention for Metz.
