The first trailer for the ‘Jurassic World’ sequel released in December seemed clear enough – Chris Pratt is set to lead a team back onto Isla Nublar to try and capture Blue – but a final teaser released Wednesday is creating some head-scratching, as a second plot seems to step in front of Pratt’s rescue mission.
“You could easily stretch 90 minutes of action out of that idea, and it would have been a fine summer film. The final trailer, however, previews what could easily be mistaken for an entirely different Jurassic World movie,” Nick Schwartz of For The Win writes. “Upon watching it for the first time, I briefly wondered if I had missed the Dino Volcano movie, somehow, and was seeing a trailer for part three.”
