Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt To Go To Trial In Custody Case

A trial is set to begin on December 4.

Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt are taking their fight for custody of their children to court, according to court document obtained by CNN. A trial is set to begin on December 4. The couple separated in September 2016 after two years of marriage and filed for divorce shortly after. They have six children together, ranging from ages 10 to 17.

The former couple’s attempt to find a mutually agreeable custody arrangement has been long and messy. Jolie has sought sole custody, but Pitt wants joint custody.

Right now, according to CNN, Jolie currently maintains primary physical custody of all the children.
