American Diplomats in Cuba Attack Show ‘Inexplicable’ Changes in Brain

The new findings cast doubt on theories that they were harmed with a sonic device.

Doctors of the victims of the attacks on U.S. diplomatic personnel in Cuba are showing inexplicable changes to their brains. These new findings cast even more doubt on theories that whatever harmed the victims was a sonic device. Medical tests show that the Americans had changes to the white-matter tracts that enable parts of the brain to communicate. Acoustic waves have never been shown to alter a brain’s white matter track. The patients have developed hearing, vision, balance, and memory damage while on assignment in Havana.
