Set in a world that isn’t too far from reality, the new trailer for Anon teases a dystopia where the tech is advanced enough that privacy isn’t necessary — in fact, it’s illegal. Actress Amanda Seyfried portrays a hacker who is targeting Clive Owen’s police officer character as he investigates a series of murders throughout the city.
Written and directed by Andrew Niccol, who worked with the two actors on In Time, the movie is set for a U.K. theater release on May 11 with Netflix streaming to follow. Take a look at the trailer below.
