Late Nirvana frontman Kurt Cobain, who just would’ve have recently turned 50, had a lot of now-iconic guitars in his arsenal of onstage axes.

One of them, a Hagstrom Blue Sparkle Deluxe, made between 1958-60, has hit a timed eBay auction, and is currently rocking bidders. With 58 bids on the historic guitar, at press time, the price has leapt to $75,000. (Track the auction here.)

Originally owned and played by Cobain in the early ’90s, and posthumously given away by his widow Courtney Love, the guitar has been authenticated twice and most recently got approval from vintage guitar expert George Gruhn. Even Nirvana’s guitar tech confirmed that the Hagstrom was indeed Cobain’s.

The guitar is on sale via Portland, Oregon–based BlackBook Guitars. Watch a video preview of the guitar below. The online-only auction ends on Sunday, February 26, at 11 a.m.
