A luxury Beverly Hills mansion featuring a 28-piece art gallery—which includes works by Andy Warhol, Damien Hirst, and Pablo Picasso—has hit the real estate market for $48 million.

The property, located at 1520 Gilcrest Drive in the ultra-exclusive Los Angeles neighborhood, features six bedrooms and 10 bathrooms. According to the Real Deal, amenities include an infinity pool; a home theater that seats 22; and a wine room plus a cellar, featuring 1,000 bottles. The house has superstar pedigree, too: It was once owned by famed concert violinist Jascha Heifetz and actor James Woods.

Circling back to that art gallery for a minute, unfortunately, it’s just there for show: The pieces aren’t included in that $48 million price tag. But if you were wondering what’s currently in the gallery, the most valuable piece is “Fumeur à la Cigarette Rouge” by Picasso, which is worth $110,000. Other works include Damien Hirst’s “Entreaty” for $55,000; as well as his print “Methylamine,” which goes for $18,000.

Of course, nobody said you couldn’t buy the works of art individually—or invoke them during the closing negotiations. As in, “Throw that art gallery in, and you can consider this house sold.”
