It took Australian photographer Keith Loutit three years to make the time-lapse video below. The short film was a side-project for the Singapore-based Loutit, so it was shot in chunks. Between 2013–16, he spent 500 days filming the video during which almost 1 million photographs were produced. Time-lapse filmmaking is a painstaking and meticulous process, so Loutit had to revisit several locations more than once, and some as many as 40 times. Ultimately, he only included a quarter of the images he made. The end result is a visual love letter to Loutit’s adopted home.
